Customer agrees to pay the No Show fee with the credit card provided at the time of booking EXACTO Car Rental provides an ALL-INCLUSIVE rate for car rental based on:

·         Base Rate

·         Unlimited Mileage

·         Liability Insurance up to $350,000.00 Mexican Pesos 

Excess maximum of 20 percent of the market value of the vehicle is included in case of total loss or theft. Therefore, you are responsible for damages to our vehicle up to this amount. This amount may be reduced to Zero with the purchase of the car rental agency at the counter. Insurance does not cover tires or windshield damage and/or partial thefts. 3rd Party Liability Insurance of 350 thousand MXN is included in your rental price. You are responsible for all damages and injuries caused to a 3rd party for any amount in excess of the 350 thousand MXN. You may purchase and we highly recommend you Additional Liability Insurance increasing your coverage however this will not be mandatory. NOTE. If you do not wish to purchase LDW or you wish to use your own credit card or 3rd Party Insurance a deposit Not less than 250USD depending on the car will be required. Our coverage is null if there is any noncompliance of the terms and conditions of the rental contract.?A rental day consists of a 24-hour period, a weekly rate consist in 7 days and a Monthly rate consists in 30 days. Changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. There are no refunds for early returns. If After hours returns are permitted the renter will be billed to the start of the next business day and is responsible for the rental vehicle until inspected by a company representative. Please inquire at the rental counter for further details. You must know there is no shuttle service available outside hours of operation. Reservations for multiple vehicles must be made in different names or may not be honored. Local taxes, fees and extra insurance are controlled by local authorities and/or Suppliers and may be subject to change.?Our rates are quoted and booked in USD Us Dollars and will be charged in Mexican Pesos according to the Rental Agency exchange rate at counter.All drivers must possess a valid credit card in his or her own name and hold a current and non-probationary license from the US Canada or EU- or an international drivers permit in conjunction with their driver's license. A refundable deposit will be held on the renter's credit card for the duration of the rental. Minimum age is 21. Renters between the ages of 18 and 21 will be required to pay an underage charged in the car rental counter. Additional drivers will be charged per day in the car rental counter. All drivers must meet all rental requirements and have their name on the rental agreement at the time of rental.
